We focus on quality, fresh and local ingredients here at Trof.

We spent a lot of time researching and sampling to make sure the stuff going into our food is the best we can find.

Below you’ll find our list of local suppliers and a little about them, so you know exactly where your food is coming from and the people behind it.

Warwick Street Kitchen

Warwick Street Kitchen is as local as it gets, being only a couple of streets away from us.

Supplying us with all the sourdough you’ll see on the menu, daily, meaning that you get only the best.

Paddock Farm Butchers

Just a short hop down the Fosse Way and you’ll find the team at Paddock farm who supply us with fantastic pork from their beautiful Tamworth Pigs.

Tamworth pigs are a hardy, slow-growing breed, which excels outdoors on their Warwickshire free-range farm. Most importantly for us, the pork from Tamworth pigs is second-to-none, and raising Tamworth pigs for meat is the best way to safeguard the rare breed’s future.

James Gourmet Coffee

James Gourmet Coffee is a small family company hidden away in the market town of Ross-on-Wye, dedicated to the production of high-quality specialty coffee.

We use their Formula 6 coffee at Trof. It’s fruity, nutty, and chocolately and it is a hit with our regulars. The sweet clean acidity and the ripe, balanced fruit sugars work really well.

SaltPig Curing Company

If you’re a fan of the Trof beans, you’re a fan of SaltPig. They supply the nduja for our infamous beans and the quality is second to none.

SaltPig is an artisan charcuterie hand-made in the Cotswolds using whole, rare breed, mature pigs

Momo Kombucha

Kombucha is packed full of naturally occurring probiotics which aid digestion and help maintain balance in the body’s internal ecosystem.

Momo only uses the finest organic ingredients and brews the old-fashioned way. This means their kombucha is fermented 100% in glass in super-small 8L batches and is always unfiltered.
